Franklin's Mission
Franklin grew up in Siler City, NC, during a period of economic decline, which helped form his goals as County Commissioner. Becoming a father has further solidified his goals and purpose. Franklin seeks to attract resources and opportunities for our residents while preserving Chatham County's unique character.
